Welcome to
Cathedral Quarter Blackburn

Works are now complete bringing Blackburn’s first Grade A, BREEAM Excellent 6-storey office to the town centre, and a new 6-storey Premier Inn which opened on the 3rd November 2015. This new series of buildings has incorporated a modern urban design to provide the highest quality of accommodation in the town centre.

The regeneration has also provided new public and private open space in and around the buildings and Cathedral, and a new bus interchange in front of the Railway Station providing drop-off/pick-up facility.

In addition to this, the new Cathedral Court opened in July 2016 which brings the Cathedral clergy and staff to live on site. It is the first cloister construction in the country for over 500 years.
